These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Greenfinity Integrated Limited ("Greenfinity," "we," "us," or "our"), a company incorporated under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, governing your access to and use of the Greenfinity One mobile application, website, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our AML Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

To access the Platform's services, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
In compliance with the Money Laundering (Prohibition) Act 2011 (as amended) and CBN KYC Regulations, you must complete our identity verification process, which may include:
We reserve the right to request additional documentation for enhanced due diligence, particularly for high-value transactions, PEPs, or users from high-risk jurisdictions.
You must immediately notify us at security@greenfinityone.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials.

We reserve the right to modify our fee structure with at least 30 days' prior written notice to affected users. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of fee changes constitutes acceptance.
Borrowers are obligated to repay loans in full according to the agreed repayment schedule. Failure to meet repayment obligations may result in:

All content, features, functionality, trademarks, logos, and design elements of the Platform are owned by or licensed to Greenfinity Integrated Limited and are protected under Nigerian copyright law, the Trademarks Act (Cap T13 LFN 2004), and applicable international intellectual property treaties.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Platform for its intended purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without our written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law:
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Greenfinity, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if:
You may initiate account deletion at any time through the Platform's account settings or by contacting us at support@greenfinityone.com. Please note that your account can only be fully closed and deleted once all outstanding loans, interest, and other financial liabilities to Greenfinity Integrated Limited have been fully settled and verified. Account termination does not extinguish your obligation to repay outstanding debts.
In the first instance, disputes should be directed to our support team at support@greenfinityone.com. We will endeavor to resolve complaints within 14 business days.
If the dispute is not resolved internally, either party may refer the matter to mediation under the rules of the Lagos Multi-Door Courthouse (LMDC) or an equivalent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) center.
If mediation fails, the dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration and Mediation Act 2023 of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The arbitration shall be conducted in Lagos, Nigeria, in the English language, by a sole arbitrator mutually agreed upon by both parties or, failing agreement, appointed in accordance with the Act.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The courts of Lagos State, Nigeria shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any matters not subject to arbitration.
Greenfinity operates in compliance with, and users are subject to, the following Nigerian laws and regulations (as amended from time to time):
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance via in-app notification, email, or publication on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If you do not agree with the modified Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and close your account.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving its intent.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, AML Policy, and any other supplemental terms or policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Greenfinity regarding use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations.
